What Our Support Does NOT Include:
- Customizing the plugin beyond its intended use.
- Accessing your website admin area to investigate issues or make changes on your behalf.
- Deactivating themes and plugins to investigate possible conflicts/bugs – instead, we will advise you on how to do this.
- Make CSS changes to improve the appearance of our plugins on your website.
- Fixing functionality conflicts with the theme or other plugins (e.g. JavaScript errors or conflicts), although we strive to make our plugins compatible with them.
- Support with older versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and our plugins – we require you to update to the latest version before we will provide support.
4. Updates
Plugin updates are available as long as your license key is active. Updates may include bug fixes, security improvements, and new features.

In no event shall Checkoutify be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Plugin.
